1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item Condition: The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Return Window: You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., custom printed graphic tees)
  • Sale or clearance items (if marked “Final Sale”)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once we approve your return request, we will provide you with return shipping instructions and a return authorization number (RMA). Please do not send your item back without receiving this number.

  3. Ship Your Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA, and ship it back to us at the following address:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if paid by us) will be deducted from your refund.
  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fees apply unless otherwise specified.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return process mentioned above and indicate that you would like an exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

We will ship your replacement item once the original item has been returned and inspected. In cases where an exchange is not possible due to out-of-stock items, we will issue a refund or store credit, depending on your preference.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the processing time (7-10 business days):

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

8. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
